you can use your homemade for lockdown maybe and save the mess in your new one. Do you have your hydrometer ? Read on calibrating them ?

Well it should be here between the 10/15. I have a couple green eggs and some bantam eggs that were given to me at work today

gonna let them sit bottom up awhile and start them in the homemade bator and I was gonna see if anyone local was selling any.

That's a good idea granny! I have one but can't calibrate it. I have another thermometer in the homemade one. And I tried the water worm and the one I bought runs 4 degrees higher. So my extra is right.
