Yeah, they were hatched a week ago Monday and they arrived here last Friday. They are really lively! They're also getting used to being handled, as I check them every evening for pasty butt and talk to them. I plan to add grit to the brooder tomorrow and also split them into two groups.

are you going to give them treats or table scraps? Thats when they need grit. They need to learn to eat their chick starter before they start on grit because they will fill up on grit if they dont know better so maybe just offer grit once a week in small amounts unless you are giving them treats

But everyone since my brother has been a home birth. My mom had a bad experience with the hospital when my brother was born. We’ve never went back since and never will.
