Granny's gone and done it again

He's sending a guy out tomorrow to actually deal with them, he's just the guy that looks at the problem. But that's not all. He went up into the attic to see if he could tell if the nest extends up in there (no, thank goodness), and it turns out we have a pretty significant MOUSE problem up there!
We NEVER see mice in the house, unless the cat brings one in from outside! I mean literally, she comes in the back door with one, but very rarely!

I guess the good news is, now we know there is a problem, so we can deal with it. But, ugh!

evening all , I am beat. BUT the 2 heifers behaved beautifully , passed all the health "stuff" , got to meet Chance's new vet, Very nice gal. Did some promoting on the benifits of yaks and she seemed interested. Started hauling the old bales down. Probably about 2/3's of each bale is "good' Erv was very impressed with the good parts. He is going to bring over his bale wagon on Thurs and then I can load and unload with the bobcat . Should save a LOT of time. Hoping if I do a "good job" of cleaning the old stuff up I can talk him (neighbor to the west) into selling me up to 10 of this years bales.

Got Mein and solinox in the main pasture. Tibbits and the golden bull were butting heads again today. Tibbits has moved on to a "new" girlfriend today it was the OLD gold cow who is also the mother of the 2 other golden cow and heifer that I have. AND grandma of the golden bull.

So he took my truck to tow his truck and away he went. But I’m glad. He’s been kinda in a funk. Hoping this helps clear his head.

Thats a long time in bed. Does she do home births? Hospital threw me out the next day and they sometimes go home the same day!

My cousin….when his wife gave birth to the second i don’t even think it was an hour after she pushed the little guy out. Under three hours from birth to them being home. Insanity
