I got a sourdough starter from ronott1 over on the home baker's thread and it's still alive! after several days, so I'm gonna try to make biscuits this afternoon. Wish me luck!

I have to be honest, Star is nearing the end of her life and I dont want to watch it. Not that I would do what they have done but its gonna hurt. I was in the bathroom this morning and she pooped right under my feet. Didnt know she was doing it my guess. Her hips are starting to give out. I see her struggle and it hurts me.

Cherry, do you get summer vaca like the kids that go to school?

We have some online lessons for some of the year. We do have summer vacation, but it starts 2-3 weeks after the regular date in our district.
