When we were kids we'd share an ice cream come with the dog, my twin bro and me. Everybody got one lick as we sat around in a circle.

Old/original Lena used to get a small or kiddy cone from Dairy Queen occasionally in the summer.

ONCE and ONLY ONCE she chomped everything but the cone in one bite/gulp.

She looked at me , shook her head and then put her head on the floor and started pawing at it. Evidently Dogs can get " Ice Cream Headaches" as well. I laughed so hard fell out of my chair and lost my cone to the carpet. Funny Lena didn't want that ---at least not that night.

I don't remember how they determined we were safe to mingle again. There's that 14-day quarantine thing. Maybe it was 14 days after the temp goes back to normal? I don't know, Granny. I was pretty out of it, I ran a temp for several days. Can you google it? I'm sure he wouldn't come if it wasn't safe!
