my adrenal glands always had to be tested at exactly 8am. I hated that as bad as Cap I guess. Always fasting too

20 minutes, but you know I am not a morning person.

Me needer, too. I don't schedule any appts before 10 am. Usually takes me till 9 just to get on my feet good, although I've been doing better since we got these chicks.

Oh, BTW, here's my sourdough bread from the other day ....

The Man and I have devoured nearly two loaves, and the other two are sliced and downstairs in the freezer. I did put some whole wheat and bread flour in them.
