I can’t go back. My inflammation is soooooo much better off the sugar and carbs. Plus my eczema on the back of my neck went away.

Me too..lab at the hospital...went to doc first. . Why ..I'm being nosey, do you need lab work? This getting old..er thing sucks. I've been ..old.. for a while. Now I'm even older.

It is the yearly blood draw. It is like a wellness check.

Howdy all, long day. Heart drs went ok. Nothing new for Tom. New meds for me and a fasting blood draw one of these days.
Im pretty wore out.
