There is a company in Draper utah called ketochow. They have some great electrolyte drops, mag drops, daily minerals, and salt tablets. They have helped me a lot.

Pickle juice! Full of electrolytes! Yep. And when I'm low after a .. bout...I have on hand, children's electrolytes. The clear. . Didn't know they had a place like that here in Utah. Good ol Draper.

The blood draw was ok today. We have to make appointments and some still try to walk in. When I left, there was a very long line out the door.

Had my blood drawn this morning. Checking my potassium spill. Will get results next week.

Got 4 days to finish cleaning up greens rows so I can plant fall root crops Tuesday, rutabeggers, turnips, carrots, beets, onions, want to transplant cabbage, broccoli soon
