Broke down and washed them today while I was cooking. Fish sticks and frozen FFs. oh and z squash

I need to get some new ones! My current 4 are getting very old and do not lay enough eggs.

chicken math never struck you huh? hahaa I had about 50 that all got wiped out in 2 nights. 2 different coops. Left about 6 hens that I gave away the same day

I had a lot several years ago but have downsized. It is much easier to take care of 4 or so then to take care of 50!

My runs were Dog chain link and chicken wire over it. They would need repaired . Im disabled so I decided it was time to let them go. I havent had a good egg since!

Yup. I was much more scared of getting in trouble with my parents than I ever was with teachers.

we were always told and believed them (parents) that if we got in "trouble at school" OR in public we would get it TWICE as bad when we got home.

I often wonder what I could do with those buildings out there. One is a regular chicken coop but the other is a storage barn.
