LOL you sound like my dad . He was a pretty good cook though. He said always eat like a bachelor cause you dont know where your next meal is coming from.

I used to cook every day when I was with Roberts bio-father and dad had a way of popping in just at the right time. I didnt mind, I liked his company. One day I made meatloaf and it fell apart. He comes sauntering in and looks then he says, ummm, what is that?? Meatloaf! Pull up a chair. He said no, I have to be somewhere. LOLOL First meal I ever seen him turn down.

thank you Pert. It did. I put cream of mushroom soup in it . thats why it fell apart.

Ooh that reminds me. Gotta put roast in the slow cooker. D'oh!

Was going to do it yesterday but then one of hubs' friends came over for a "small job" which ended up being a BIG job...doh.

Away I go! HOIGHT!

*edit* I love slowcooker cooking. I really really REALLY hope we move somewhere where I can do more of it. I mean, you don't really want the soups/stews/roasts/etc a lot down here.

I was feeling better the other day, but back to achey today. Didn't get out of bed until about 1:30. Then had a soak in hot bath water. Ready to sleep again.
Been painting the pumpkin. I need more colors.
