No Maam different Gene. That guy still wants the 8 bulls. ASAP. Actually he messaged me and asked if I had any more. Well the only other one is Hay-a-swather and I paid $65.00 to get him registered so don't really want to see him go to freezer camp.

Nope Erv "helped" on Tuesday. AND such a help he opens a gate to the young one and in I go to get hay , next thing I know the gates are wide open NO YAKS and NO Erv.

SIGH 1 &1/2 hours latter we finally get all 7 of them back in. MY ACKING CRACK !!!!!!!!!

The had to feed the main herd. Erv opens the gate and when the yaks herd the bobcat and saw the hay bale they come running/bouncing up. I look behind me and gates WIDE THE FLIP open and Erv is standing in the opening. SO I YELL (he's almost deaf) at him to shut the gates. After I am done with that I explain that IF/Should the yaks want to go thru an open gate they will EITHER go around OR THRU him.

Tired, with sore muscles. I called the doctor office about the biopsy i had a month ago. Apparently i have psoriasis. Great, i really need another problem.

But that might be useful!

Fires, mud slides, earth quakes geez,you all are living on the edge in Ca.

I do not live on a Mt. so mud slides do not happen here. I did feel an earthquake once since we do not live near a fault. We do get a lot of smoke but the fires are a long way off from us.

The smoke in the summer, heat and drought are the big problems but smoke and drought are effecting most of the west currently. There is a prediction that we might get a storm front next week that will put out the fires.

It seems like every place has issues of some type!

SO it started raining sort of Tuesday evening. Well by weds morning basement was awash with water. Sucked over 120 gallons of water. On the bright side I don't have to wash the floors down there.

Then made up 3 sheet pans of z-squash bars with frosting. Sent 2 over to Gene's family along with 3 quarts of refridgerator pickles that I had made earlier this year. SO today I hope to make up some more since I have garden cukes, onions and peppers on hand.

Carpet cleaner is coming today for that one efficiency. Still need to load the mattresses and box springs into the "church/town" truck and park it back in the garage before he shows up.

Yeahhhhh about that. What the heck. Dear husband do we HAVE to stay in California??? Even with insane amounts of rain and barely any sun, Washington is starting to sound amazing.

Eastern and central Washington is just like northern calif but you get snow in the winter. You are doing it right. Take a trip and go visit.
