yuppers. He used my SILs electric one and was hooked. I fear for my trees. LOL
They sell chaps to protect the legs but they wanted $70.00 for them.

Trimming or chopping? We are not legally allowed to chop down the trees in our area, we can only trim them. But we only have Oaks.

He can do both. I have a big willow that needs to come down and a bunch that needs trimmed.
You cant chop trees down on your own property?

I do not believe it is legal to chop Oaks. That is what our agent told us anyway.
 
I love my trees. However I planted 600 of them. Some nice trees and some fast growing to give shade til the nicer ones had a chance to fill in. Now that they have I can select a few to be removed and the nicer ones can shine!
