I seen a turkey today that weighed 23 lbs and it was the biggest one I have ever seen. Your going to have a ton of leftovers.

you can just get a breast in the bag. Pop it in the oven, and bake. TahDah turkey. BUT I do NOT like white meat. Its a texture thing .
