But i found out who has her. I went to get the dog, but i ended up letting her keep the dog. She only has the one dog and is home all the time. She was keeping the dog for the last three months, unbeknownst to me. The dog remembered her original name and me. But she went back to the other lady. She was nicely groomed, and clean. She looked happy. With me, i have 2 other dogs and cats. She would be the oldest. Thanks to Mom feeding her chocolate etc., she only has 3 teeth left. I think she will be well taken care of.

You made the right decision where the dog is concerned, but him threatening you financially is not right. Especially since you just lost your mother. I'm sorry this happened. I don't know who you could appeal to but this makes me sick and sad.
