Good news tonight. Everything is coming together well.
Still buried in paperwork and working with 2 banks but, I think it's going to be alright.
I'll be spending the weekend getting the house ready to sell.
Can't wait until I have a few days to just grieve.

I am thinking over 8 and 1/2 hours labor for 3 clamps, one hose and a thermostate and radiator cap is a LITTLE MUCH> The labor and "supplys" for the refill of the radator was seperate and yet more Total current bill is over $1600.00

Mechanics charge a crazy amount for labor.

Yes! Even with 4, one of the neighbors thinks they are too noisy...mind you the dogs bard much more and at night LOL!

The Okra posts reminded me that the Dungeness crab season gets to start on Dec. first!

I might buy one or two of them this year.
