anyone know how long to cook a 3lb meatloaf? I bought one of those rolls of meat because I had a coupon. Ended up paying $8. for it.

I never made one that big. My little one pounders I bake for 1.5 hours at 350.

thanks Pert. I never made one this big either. Should be tons of leftovers. I like meatloaf sandwiches though w/ mayo.
