Granny's gone and done it again

No, it won't. It's like a flu shot; won't keep you from getting the flu, but supposedly keeps it from being so bad.

thanks!

I do not do the flu shots...

The one time I did about 20 years ago..I swear I felt so darn bad for a good week...
I know they say getting the shot doesn't cause the flu but I swear i got it....

I guess you could candle them then go from there?
Your new bator should be there soon right?

Just candled, no signs of development and a few wonky air cells.

It might be here tomorrow!

If its only been a day or 2 I think you can put them back into cold storage. dont quote me on that.   Are they expensive eggs ?  If not I would chunk them.  You cant incubate with just a light bulb. You will need it enclosed with humidity.

Not expensive but sentimental, a few belong to a chicken that went missing and they hope at least one will hatch.

I told them that a few days ago when they told me they were trying to hatch some. They were just excited lol

What kind/breed of hen went missing?
If it belonged to a kid ou could talk to their parent and see if it would be ok to pretend that one of the eggs really did hatch??
Use one of your eggs???
