Granny's gone and done it again

Maybe I should elaborate...I have always been picky about meat. I don't like raw meat...ever. Not even for sushi or steak. My favorite meat is roasted chicken. I have never been one to try new food, even if those squirrels bother me so much!
I like my steak pink to almost bloody. Depends on my mood I think. Ive never tried sushi.

I like sushi without the raw fish on top...so basically just California rolls. Not sure if thats a thing outside of CA.

I like my steak medium or fully done. I can stand a tiny bit of pink, but only a TINY bit.

If you can get over the fact of it being pink it actually is more tender and has a better flavor but I was older before I could eat it like that

Dad used to make roast beef really rare. I asked him once if we could have some of that meat with the blood running out.
