My metabolism changed as I got older. For my body type, starches and sugars cause serious weight gain so I quit eating them. I don't miss it too much because I feel so much better not hauling around the extra weight any more. It also helps that there are lots of sugar substitutes that don't cause insulin spikes, so I didn't have to give up chocolate. Almost unthinkable!Lmao is that even food? But yea 80% of weight loss is what you eat. I remember reading that before and thinking that I was never gonna eat good. I just set myself a caloric limit so I can’t eat whatever but not go over. I kinda just taught myselfthat if I don’t eat giid foods I will still be hungry lol. how was it tho?
