Only during the cold seasons. Otherwise, theres no grass and we mow our butts off.

But yes, that is the lot next door. Owner has horses and 2 shephard dogs or some sort.

We don't have cows. Yup. The new house is just a minute drive from the old house. Its also why we could move so fast. My parents wanted to invest in this neighborhood.

A few acres. Less than 10. I can't remember if it was 8 or less...I know the previous house was 8 acres.
