It is very good! I especially like the skim off of apricot jam.Its one of my incubators. I made it from a fridge. Holds 3 trays.

Thats what I get for assuming. lol She taught me how to can a lot of stuff but one thing my GM taught me that she couldnt do was apple jelly. I could make it good and hers never set up. Not sure I even remember now but mom would peel and core apples and freeze the meat and I would use the core and peels for the jellyIt is very good! I especially like the skim off of apricot jam.
Canning came from my Mom, who learned from her Mom. same here. My GM rocked! She used to walk the RR tracks to pick up coal so they would have some heat and she made moonshine on her stove . She would trade her sugar for flour . I wish I knew more about her. I lived with her for a couple years. Then after I had left home she lived with my mom til she passed.
