The peels have the pectin. That's why hers wouldn't jell.Thats what I get for assuming. lol She taught me how to can a lot of stuff but one thing my GM taught me that she couldnt do was apple jelly. I could make it good and hers never set up. Not sure I even remember now but mom would peel and core apples and freeze the meat and I would use the core and peels for the jelly

I think his priorities are in order. He's young and if healthy, won't have much trouble recovering if he catches it. Sure can't say the same for the people he is helping. Superhero.Kevins boss called and said Kevin cant come back because he went to take care of a boy that has covid. The boy is wheelchair bound and lives w/ his 80 yr old dad who also has covid. So he is purposely exposing himself to take care of this boy. I dont know what to think about that. On one hand I think he is stupid but I know the man well enough to not leave them hanging with no help.

Like the patient I had admitted once. The staff psych came in to interview the person and asked me if I had talked to them and what was my professional opinion. Yep, I'd talked to them. Knew them by reputation around town and what was my professional opinion? He's nuts. I told the doctor. He was amused and asked if that was a new medical term. Nope, but it discribed the individual. So Dr goes and interviews the patient and after 10 minutes comes back chuckling.
You're right. he said That person is nuts.
Iky, Nuts, sometimes it's just the right word.
