Granny, drink some propels, they have electrolytes, keep you from getting dehydrated, they have them in Walmart on the juice/koolaide isle, we were not able to get covid tested, granny gd didn't run a fever & she tested positive.

They didn't have any testing appointments open today near us , or even in Danville today. Hubby says the grocery store didn't have any oj at all. Lots of empty shelves.
Going to need to leave in about half an hour to drop off my ceramic pieces. Don't want to budge.

I do 2 weeks easy. lol probably once a month is more like it because My Nancy helps me.
