Pothos or philodendron? I get them mixed up. There were four pothos in the house when I moved in, and they’re in need of some intervention.

Pothos. Philodendron is dark green and heart-shaped.

It's Hoya kerrii.
If you just have a single leaf, that's all it will ever be. You need a cutting with stem if you want to grow a larger plant.

I had a black and whit shihtzo like yours. She was my moms and I turned them over to a rescue when she passed away. She died about a yr later of the same problem my mom died from.
