So here are the eggs

First one the one Blue Maran egg and the second is the same egg on the candler

These are Marans and Barnifelder eggs. Not sure which is which as the ID marks have rubbed off

How do you know which chicken lays a particular egg? Next year I should have BA and Doms both laying brown eggs. I only have one coop, everybody is in general pop. How can I know which eggs belong to whom? Or is it possible?

This seller has them in different pens. So she knows who lays what and when. Many people after a bit of time get to know who laid which egg and when. These are for my egg flock. I like having rainbow eggs for eating.
