Granny's gone and done it again

I like this breeder a lot. She is reputable and honest from what I can tell.

Go with your gut. If you go to look and anything seems off, even a little RUN!! Don't stop, Don't pass Go, just run as fast as you can. If you go with anybody else set a code for we need to leave. My husband and I would put our phones on vibrate and if we got a funny feeling that things weren't kosher we would say "Dan needs a ride to work. Their truck won't start."

bigger kitchen with more efficient storage....a pantry...oh lord a pantry!!!
Oh, hmmm. I do love this kitchen, which The Man let me remodel as my wedding gift in lieu of diamonds (no jewelry for us) ... and one of the big rooms in the basement is the pantry, so yeah. 🤔 Hmmm. Not sure I'm ready to give that up, lol!

Do you get below freezing Cherry? Haven't tried my luck with almonds, but the apples and peaches need it iirc (for the peaches - my peach tree has yet to produce, but I have a pretty dark thumb)
Peaches need that deep cold. Our Peaches here should produce well this year. KY has hit below freezing several times this winter. I have to move several trees this Spring so they will not produce for another several years.

Only sometimes. We are pretty much in spring weather already. The almond was actually a mistake, it was mislabeled 🤦

We do have nut trees on the property already though.
