I seen on the news that a bald eagle has made a nest in a park in Dallas. They had to fence off that portion of the park to keep people away. I've never seen an eagle in Texas.

They heard it was the last land of the free

There are either a couple young bald eagles or goldens out around the farm. Like within a couple mile radius I see occasionally. Hopefully they don't develop a taste for chicken.

We see bald eagles around here occasionally. They are magnificent creatures, even if they do eat carrion. The sight of one just stirs thr heart.

Well if the adults start laying I might get you some but we would have to go to PM for that. So far no eggs from them, but it has been cold and we spotted a red fox. (gee wonder where my chickens and ducks were going) Hopefully, we can live-trap him/her. Then I can deal with him/her. I think it was a male, but I know we have two spots where there are dens on the one lot. Maybe different entrances to the same den being they are in the same area.

My eyes are getting worse. I am going to have to break down and get some bifocals. I cant read how many alerts I have now. Ive heard they are really hard to get used to

I gave up and just got two pairs of glasses. I read with no glasses (book or phone about six inches away), then have one pair for driving and one for the computer.
