Granny's gone and done it again

So how has everybody been? Granny? Cap? Blue? Cynthia? Twist? H2O? Cherry? Who am I forgetting? Yes, I am slow and way behind in my reading. Catching up.
I dont even have a radio anymore. I listen when Im driving though

I don't have one either. I have Alexa in the house and I use my Spotify or Pandora in the vehicles. Except for the dually which is so loud you can't hear the radio over the motor.

Hey y’all. :frow Long day of cutting meat at work today. This is about 80lbs of pork loin.

I was trying to leave early because of the winter weather advisory, but I ended up getting out just on time. Then I wasted 15mins scraping my windshield, and unfreezing my wipers, and I knocked a blade off in the process and between the “wintry mix,” the wind, and my frozen fingers it took forever to get back on.

Nice pile of chops. We tend to hand-cut our own chops from the pork loins. When we take a hog to be processed we get the loins, not the chops. We are weird with our meats though. We prefer to make our own chops.

p once every 20 years works for me.
I hate spam. I lived on spam and rice for 6 months when I was much, much younger. I can't eat either.

No, not showing so why pay much more for registered stock?
I have registered sheep and hogs. Any goats or cattle we get will be registered. We don't show, but here is my reasoning for registered stock. I sell mine with the registration for the same as unregistered stock. I can show the paperwork to potential buyers. The transfer fee is figured into the price of the livestock. Although I charge as much for my registered stock as I have seen others charging for unregistered stock.
I have watched people pass off crossbred stock as pure cause people can't always tell if an animal is 100% or not from a visual inspection. We have a person that sells cross-bred goats as pure. Same with hogs, sheep, and cattle around here. I can't take people at their word that they are selling me what they say they are selling, because I have seen way too many rip people off selling knock-offs.

Well, i can show photos of parents. I hate paperwork. If people don't believe me, that's fine.
