5 of the 8 have internals. other 3 dead by my eyes.   I am tempted to give them an air hole. No externals yet and the bator has been opened way too much. The difference , they sat lower in the bator . futher away from heat . and I stuck them in front of the fan all night and that made a huge difference in the air cells. They have draw down now.

My rule of thumb is once a week.
