It’s a clip on bow that I attached to her crest! She hated that thing so much that she will attack it whenever she sees it now.

ya it skips and races. I can feel everyone of them

We got a couple of fig trees two years ago. They are now about three feet tall, and produce a lot of fruit every spring. We have to put cages around them, turns out chickens very much like figs!

Place we lived at before we bought…the landlord had a bunch of fig trees planted. Not gonna lie, I wanted to put some here. But…my luck with trees…

Yeah, she’s actually heavier than my other two crossbeaks and all the polish that she is living with! I just have to keep her beak trimmed down for her, and she can eat just fine. She goes to bed with a full crop every night.
