Got a moving company move our piano today. Ended up scratching part of the piano. Its a Steinway baby grand, which is the reason why we wanted to hire someone, instead of doing it ourselves. They were recommended by his piano teacher and claimed to move several pianos in the past (including one of ours). I know everybody makes mistakes, but its pretty disappointing to say the least. Especially for my brother

We are thinking of sanding it down...BUT don't want to mess it up either. Just gonna leave it be for now.
