to be fair, I know a dog who looks a lot like a dobbie/hound mix and is somehow some 20 odd percent poodle. Straight hair, *short* hair! dog genetics are crazy. if you asked me, shes got terrier going on!

I think she is allergic to turkey…or chicken. Do dogs need to get skin testing for that? I want to get a report of the things she is allergic to. She used to have really sensitive skin. Seems to be better for now…

I didn't take my dogs to the vet. I had read up on how it can cause itching in some dogs. I just stopped giving it to them. They only itch occasionally like a normal dog now. Plus..I started giving them pro biotics.

Ya, I knew it was for the better but still made me sad. Some people are so stupid when it comes to basic care of animals

No. In fact, she was sold as a Maltipoo (clearly not). She is also my first dog, so we had no idea what we were doing when we got her.

That's ok. You are one of the good ones that figured it out. You did a big thing having her "fixed.". And your love for her is obvious.
