Granny's gone and done it again

Kiki did the same thing to me 2 days ago. She definitely got a Carprofen overdose, I’m thinking. Barfed like 4 times and had the worst diarrhea like 7 times. That was one heck of a night.

Oh and she did it the next morning too. I was about to call the vet, but she wasn’t legthargic at all and now she is back to normal. Wonder what would’ve happened if I gave her even more of that stuff…

So yeah, thinking it’s the Carprofen, but who knows.

Sammy had urinary incontinence after he'd been on an anti-anxiety Rx to get him to stop licking his front legs. Don't remember the name of it right now ... I looked it up though, and incontinence is a symptom of toxicity of that Rx, basically an overdose of it, so I stopped giving it to him. He's licking again but not enough to hurt himself. Oh. Trazadone, that's it. What the heck, let him lick.

Carpet makes it so much worse.

No carpet here either. In fact my living room only looks like hard wood, it's actually rolled vinyl.

Well, I won't be long. Need to try and get rested for next couple of days. I'm burying my sister tomorrow..then Friday I'll be going to my brother in law's funeral. Bought some flowers for my sister's.

I have done a bit of rock collecting during this time. I also got some things done around the house that were bothering me.
How long did it take to get back to reasonable function?

Well, i have other issues as well as burnout. I got Lyme disease and it never went away. Plus depression and other medical issues. Idk if i will ever get back to how i was at one time. I am 65 and retired years ago. When we lived in TN i worked on the farm constantly. Now i do a few things and i need to rest. I just have to do the best i can with what i have.
