Did they do an actual blood sugar or just the A1C?
Just the A1C.
evening all
Well Ma Nature got ahold of a bunch of drugs today.
Cloudy and grey, then sunshine then a little snow and then rain and on the way home THIS happened.

Hail
Aw HAIL naw!
So I've been trying to be better...trying to make good choices shopping etc. Went to do some yoga stuff that I've had good results with in the past (ddpyoga) and...yeah....trying to do any kind of remotely yoga-ish workout with an excitable velcro dog pup is...definitely a different experience. I may have ended up on the floor at one point....(and this is why I used my "cheap" yoga mat, not my good one....I'll have to work on his mat manners....it's just funny, in the ddpyoga community when I was more active (before I moved down here), Peach was known as YogaDog

She was featured in quite a few videos and vlogs. But at least she wouldn't try to eat my ponytail...
And he's now snoozing at my feet as I type this...oh my boy.
I'm tossing around the idea of getting another fitbit (Goose destroyed my last one) just to help me out...the new ones have o2 sensor thingmajigs and all that to give you an idea of your blood o2 numbers (good thing with my asthma acting ten kinds of funky lately. It's annoying. It's not where I need to be constantly puffing on the Ventolin, but it's not RIGHT either. not by a long shot. Keep meaning to get some anti allergy pills to see if that helps but keep forgetting too. Anyways, I feel like if I do end up getting another fitbit I may end up shipping it to my work...hubs has been so weird about things lately. Although, he did at least order my induction "hotplate".
Seriously, my cooktop has been so freaking aggravating lately. Hubs wants to jump on the induction bandwagon (why he thinks he gets to decide these things when he doesn't do the cooking...) so I found a single burner
amazon basics thing for $50 and ask him to order it for me (he has the prime). First he comments on how expensive it is....then realizes it's induction and I explain that's cheap for it, AND considerably cheaper than a new cooktop that may or may not even work for me, and would be a good tester. But yay. I will have to try it out tomorrow (tonight's meal was steak and corn on the cob...so BBQ.)
Anyway! Going to do some gardening this weekend, get some corn and sunflowers in by the coop and get the main veggie bed plotted out. Got some growth going on the regular potatoes I have by the kitchen sink, but nothing yet on the sweet taters. I got another one today that I think I'll try the water method for getting the slips. I'm being impatient!
