Granny's gone and done it again

Quote: Option #1 Rehome the dog(s)

Option #2 Rehome the chickens

Option #3 Modify fence so chickens and/or dogs can't get under it anywhere.

Option #4 Train the dogs to leave the chickens alone, by whatever means necessary

We're at #4. Rotting carcass constantly under the nose has cured more than one dog of killing....best of luck
DH is ready to skip straight to the shock collar. I'm not there, so we have to get on the same page first.
Hot collar's one of the best things that ever happened to dog training..I know. Unfortunately, the person with the transmitter has to witness the unacceptable action taking place, or it's useless.

We had the underground fence with shock collars for our 2 labs. Didn't last long. We hated having them chained or in a kennel. But they'd snap dog chains like it was nothing and my neighbors are crazy. Their dogs can run loose but nobody else's can.

I have slept most of this day away. Dont remember what I had for breakfast but oats and toast for dinner. Sleeping and eating, Thats what I am best at.
Little chick decided he had enough sitting around and jumped out of the coffee cup. Some of the yolk absorbed and some hasnt so he will spend a lonely night alone. He walks so funny. His fuzz is stuck to him because of the ointment making him look nothing like a fuzzy butt and his legs are very long. he walks tall and stiff legged . Looks like he is on stilts or what it is, like he has a corn cob stuck up his butt. Some of the stuff that is out is turning black. I am gonna say thats a good thing. Drying up maybe. I hope anyway . He is solid blue far as I can tell.

It's dark and the kids are fed, guess I'm gonna check pancake's last egg.

Sounds pretty

Not sure how but Crush was screaming bloody murder and the dogs and I went flying over there. He had his wing stuck in one hole of the feeder and his neck in another. He seems ok.
