We just went through this. One of the seller's is currently in Europe which super delayed everything for us, too. Still haven't officially closed.

Oh man. I'm just also worried about being at the mercy of the lenders. Escrow and all that.

I cut my finger. on toilet paper .
Twist, I cant make up my mind. The rooster with close to colors is pecked bald in the hind quarters and runs in circles when stressed. The best looking roo is a silver laced. Then I have one that is a hog pog mixed color of black and white But I believe him to have come from my tolbunt. Maybe a very slight hint of gold. He is small . I have the EE roo who is drop dead gorgeous but EE. He is a favorite. appenzeller buff colored, appenzeller silver mix w/ polish, 3 serama roos all extras .

We were lucky and we're able to sell our old house and buy the new for about the same price. No lender needed.
