thought you might of forgot. I asked if you could mail me 2 tolbunt feathers about 3 inches long.
Oh, well i will look and see what i can find. Almost all my Tolbunts are frizzles. Sorry, my mind is messed up.

Its ok. I just want to stick 2 feathers in my picture frames with Cherrys art. I cant even find a bird feather.

You know the answer!
Truth is the food pyramid put out by the FDA, showing all the grains as the basis for what we should eat, is very wrong. Greens and non starchy veggies (complex carbs) should be largest portion and lesser amounts of everything else. Very small amounts of simple sugars (carbs), but sugar should really be avoided. It is responsible for heart disease more than meat.
What about complex carbs? Whole grains?
