Well good night everyone!
Bad news , the deer and/or rabbits are eating my hostas, and daylilies. Hubby really needs to put up a fence for the flower beds. Danged critters also ate a bunch of leaves off the geraniums!
Thanks Granny. I was thinking of spraying permethrin on the ones they keep eating. Or something else they won't like.Sprinkle your young hosta plants with baby powder. It will coat the leaves and make them unpalatable to the invading rabbits. You must reapply this if it rinses off, which is likely to happen in the rain or if the plants are watered by a sprinkler.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of crushed red pepper into each of the planting holes when planting the flowers in your garden to make them even less appealing to rabbits, deer and other garden pests. Mix 2 tbsp. of hot sauce into 10 gallons of filtered, purified or spring water.
My dad was like that. Took FOREVER in the bathroom to do number 2. I asked him why he said he rests afterwards.Never fails...go to step in the shower and of course, that's when hubs decides it's poop oclock.
Seriously, what are men doing in there for so long?
Ugh!
