Granny's gone and done it again

Ok, remember my tax rebate? Now I get this in the mail! They say I didn't pay my state taxes. Oh yes I did! I have the payment on my phone, and, papers. Trying to get in their number is ridiculous. 26 minutes wait. I hung up, tried again, too long a wait, they say hang up try later. This is maddening. That's a lot of money, they tagged a 450 dollars penalty on there too. Hope they can find it. View attachment 3161713

Check your SS number. They did that to us once. They had my SS off by one number

I think we got it fixed. I had to do joint because Scott was alive the first part of the year. Plus I paid with a credit card...we found the email they sent, so she says she's sure we're good because of that alone, but she has to find it because they updated their site. She says it's probably pending somewhere. She'll find it. Then either call me ba k or email me with 0 balance. Bronwyn came to the rescue while I had her on the phone. She found the email. Clear back in February. She's good on computer stuff..and phones. .

You were right. Bronwyn accidentally put Austin's SS # instead of Scott's! Bronwyn asks..how did I do that? She thinks she was looking at theirs as to how to send..and typed in Austin's. Glad they figured it out.
