I think it was this thread that someone asked for a pic of my coop, covered with a volunteer grape vine. Was that you, @Granny Hatchet ? Well, here's the pic. It looks terrible right now, some kind of beetle has been chewing the leaves until they look like lace. But anyway, here you go.

Morning all, Tom woke me up worried because it was late in the day. Still hurting.
Thank you for all the advise and kind words over Star. I am going to start calling vets in the morning to find someone else that can take her in. I thought about my vet for a while and didnt like the fact that they knew she was in pain and couldnt squeeze her in sooner. That date is also the pain clinic appt. date so I wouldnt be able to go anyway.

Hammie sold for $8/pound. The 4H reserve champion sold for $7/pound so I guess this year’s prices are either not good or just all over the place. Grand champion hog sold for $50/pound
