Soo, for this whole week my lips and part of my face have been going numb. Not a stroke. It was a surface numb and both sides. Im thinking nerve. Now its still a little numb around my lips but its tender all over. I googled a lot and didnt really find anything. I had bells palsey before but supposedly its just one side and mine is both.

You should get checked.

muscle spasms from sunburn?

I had a patient in the hospital that was a roofer. Got so badly burned that they had to sedate him because his muscles kept contracting really hard. Happens when you get dehydrated too.

Well i took one Mule load of hay off the floor in the barn. Tomorrow i may try planting some seed in the goat area, then cover with that hay in the Mule. Hopefully it will rain soon.
My Nancy is in Maryland, visiting relatives and i miss her.

well SHE passed early evening. down to the 5 "normals" out of a total of 9 pups of course one of those was stillborn. It has NOT been a good year.

When I got my Belle as a pup, it was the first time I heard that there can be more than one papa for a litter... which to me implies that the pups can also be different ages.
Maybe that was the problem? The runties were younger than the others?

That can happen and did happen to the litter peach was born in. Had her and another like her…some looked a lot more bully/rottie, some had longer retriever-esque coats…

Good morning. Woke up. Let goose out. Was thinking of doing the walk for coffee but with the humidity and it’s already warm (at 6am when I let him out) that’s a nope.

Pi is growing like a weed! He is a bit taller than Scooter now, but still half the weight. Pi is quick, and poor Scoot is slow now, has vision and hearing loss, and Pi devils him, trying to play, jumping at him, tugging his ear and tail. Poor Scoot snarls and barks to get Pi to stop, but Pi enjoys the devilling too much. I break it up after a minute or two.

And sometimes there is blissful peace.

But not for too long. Poor Scooter!

And the devil returns...

That's an understatement!
Since Belle died he really attached himself to me and he acts jealous with the pup. It certainly doesn't help.

He's getting a major haircut today!
