Well, the big bosses watched the video from their camera on Sunday. It got sent to all of the other states that have these places. There's a lot! It's a huge company. It was the worst happening they've seen. They commended Austin for handling things like he did. They said anyone else would have lost it..by hitting or leaving. I already told him what a good job he did for not losing it. He could have kicked their butt. I guess only two out of the three got taken. One was just egging the others on and cussing up a storm. The boss asked if Austin wanted to press charges. He doesn't. He actually told me that it breaks his heart for the two taken. He wishes he could have talked them down. The other employees said they were glad Austin was there and in charge that night and not someone else. The one that stayed apologized to him. Another one will talk with Austin on zoom. It's according to how he is in that meeting as to whether he'll go back or not. The third one isn't coming back. He fought the police. They are now going to change some rules..on different holdings and on when and who calls the police. I'm glad.

I don't even know how to react to this, Cynthia. Kudos to Austin for handling this the way he did, but ... he could have gotten hurt, or some of the kids could have. Glad nobody did. When my Kid first came here and was still in state custody, we weren't allowed to hold, or spank, or taught any way of controlling, and at that time he was not dx'd with anything. It was really hard and there were times he was really out of control. Now you wouldn't know he was autistic, unless you knew, or ADHD either. We've come a long way but it hasn't been easy. Thank God he's not severe though. I wish I'd had some support and training along the way.

Pain clinic trip was uneventful. temps in the low 80s. Still pretty hot to me. It just wears me out. I need a water cushion to sit on. My butt and leg goes to sleep and I am forever trying to rearrange myself. I wonder if they even make those...
