Pertnear, are you there? doing okay? Weather report said your part of the world got buckets of rain. I wouldn't mind having a buck or two here, but too much can be a pain.

I awoke to what looked like heavy dew on everything. When I went to the grocery I hit a little sprinkle for about two minutes. They've been building this rain event up for a week. I see now that the chances have dwindled down to isolated. Apparently DFW got thirteen inches in places causing lots of problems. They can have it. I've grown accustomed to not having to mow.

I'm flat out tired. I worked outside yesterday and filled up a green waste bin with lots of weeds and dry combustibles.

I was just getting ready to go walking when you posted. Pi had to go out and chicks needed tending and I didn't even have my shoes on. It's busy.

If I don't let Pi burn off some energy, he'd be impossible. He likes chasing apples.

I'm supposed to go shopping today too, but thinking I can put it off for another day. I'll probably say that tomorrow too!

Oh, too bad you didn't get a little more than sprinkles. The DWF area is what they showed on the news, covered with clouds. I thought you'd be in rainy bliss.
