I had a seminar online, was very disappointed. It's not easy figuring out your own diagnoses, but the doctor seems unable to figure out why i feel so lousy.

Indeed. I had The Man set up some exercise equipment tonight he's had standing in a corner for years so I can start working out. I need to lose about 40 lbs., mostly off my gut.

I need to lose at least 50 pounds, but idk if i can.

Yup, it was combat duty!
I also taught at residential drug rehab program for juvenile offenders... working them toward high school diplomas. They either complied with the 18 month program or faced 5 yrs with California Youth Authority.

How did you decide on this breed? Have you seen any zoomies yet. I know there's running..how about zoomies?

Yes, big time puppy zoomies, and he's already fast. I have a large fenced area for him to zoom off leash. If he is inside, he goes a little crazy and tries to harass the cats. The biggest challenge is they are sighthounds and will chase anything that runs, including cats and chickens. We are working on that.
I wanted to try a Whippet because as adults they are very calm, don't bark, and don't smell. Also, extremely short coat makes it easy to find ticks and foxtails. If you spend a half hour throwing a ball for them, letting them have a good run, they will be happy couch potatoes for the rest of the day.
Puppy Pi needs at least 2 exercise sessions. He chases apples!

Morning all, slept decent til Tom woke me at 10. Cause company coming at 1 dontcha know. Someone from Nancys work. No idea why they're coming but the house is a mess and I dont even care anymore. Seems like I dont care about a lot of things lately.
Tomorrow is my MRI I hope it explains my pain. Some of it anyway. They are just doing my lower back but I figure whatever shows there is all the way up my spine .

Yep, i knew you needed a new job quite a ways back. But it is a nuisance finding another job.

So the medicine cabinet hubby bought is the same sort of junk that i sent back. Ugh. It's almost impossible to get what you want these days because most stuff is made in China crap.
