It is! I looked it up and was shocked at the price. For the life of me, I cannot remember how it came to us. I believe a friend of hubs or coworker passed it on to us for Scooter. It wasn't new and has been in the dog toy basket for a couple of years. Scooter didn't play with it much, but the puppy loves it.
I should write a review. It's lasted a long time.

They are good toys. Very expensive. My dogs would chew it up.

If I ever get him in there. Im struggling with doing anything. He is supposed to have his worker shower him but he wont let her and Im sure Nancy wouldnt do it any way.

Can’t he wear a pair of briefs or a swimming suit and let them do it. You are going to work yourself to death. Then he will be in a home and won’t have any choice on who bathes him. ( or if he even gets showered )

ya, she hasnt pooped on the floor since I broke her 6 yrs ago. Maybe it was the shot. I hope its over with anyway.
