The weather folks are tracking a monsoon coming up from Mexico. The main part of it (the part with the rain) will mostly miss CA, but then we have to worry about wildfires from dry lightening with the unsettled weather. I don't think it will far enough north to affect us.
Rain would be welcome with open arms.

you can drive and park behind the waterfall but I wouldnt call it a cave. Ive never been back there.

Not really a cave, but room enough to drive a car under where it has eroded out under the hanging rock.

I looked on googly maps and it says Hanging Rock is permanently closed. Maybe with this much rain they'll want to inspect it to see that it's safe.
