Do you think she gave him something? 2 dogs in 2 hrs and one being a bandit seems impossible.

I bet Bandit is much better behaved with a stranger in a strange place. They put the dogs up on a slippery table with a leash holding their head in position. Not much chance to be a PITA that way.
Worst thing to me is doing it so quick heats up the cutting blade and can hurt.
I love my Pi with his next to nothing coat. Will be a million times easier putting a jacket on him in rain or cold than grooming him.
He had a ball at the puppy social. Got to run around in the big area, so he got up some speed. Played with a Cockerdoodle dog who was a bit older, but a good size match for playing.
Wore Pi out real good.
