Granny's gone and done it again

@prostar, I still love Goose, he's so handsome. And what a character. Have to forgive him I forget he's still a puppy. :D
He's over two now!!!

Granny - dinner turned out like a richard in a sack ;) Seriously though it was quite yummy. I'll post a pic in a bit.

Anyway, dishes call.. I took a bit of a break playing one of my games...while dishes are overflowing. Sigh. I need a minion or six. At least tomorrow is "taco tuesday" so...that's not super dish intensive. (I like taco tuesday. Means the next day is taco salad for hubs for his lunch, and possible nachos for me for my lunch ;) Shh.

I'd imagine you can do it in a slow cooker instead too...or oven but then it wouldn't be as juicy. It really helps the flavor if you prepare it and either let it sit and marinate or vacuum seal it and throw it in the freezer - the one time I did it straight prep and toss in the slow cooker the flavors weren't all there and it was a sad sad disappointment.

I havent made a pork loin in forever. I remember them to be very tender.
