Delete sugar, red meat, carbs, eat lots of veggies and fruit. Lots of fish( i really don't care for most fish except cod and tuna) . Had a dream last night i was wasting away. It is not going to be easy, that's for sure. Especially since steroids make people hungry.

I started cleaning out Socks' stall . Didn't get far because i was cleaning branches and leaves up from where i want to plant some alfalfa and grass. But am going back out soon, to work more on that stall.
