Howdys all, slept til 11:30 . yikes.

I only eat red meat fish chicken and porkDelete sugar, red meat, carbs, eat lots of veggies and fruit. Lots of fish( i really don't care for most fish except cod and tuna) . Had a dream last night i was wasting away. It is not going to be easy, that's for sure. Especially since steroids make people hungry.

But I went to bed at midnight. 11 1/2 hrs. more or less. and guess what, Im tired.Beat ya! I think i slept until after noon.
