That's too bad all around, Pert. Kids need their grandparents and vice versa. Hard for us to get our grandparental rights sometimes.

You can take him to court I guess you know that. Theres no reason for you not to get and see them. Make him pay court costs too.

Maybe you could appeal to CPS. They are supposed to make sure the kids see their grandparents on the regular. The KIDS have that basic right too. Can you find out who their CASA worker is and appeal to her/him?

Call and ask to see the kids and when he says no threaten him with court. Tell him youve learned about GPs rights and want regular visitation.

Behave yourself, not worth going to jail. It may only be spite, after all you are the evil woman's father. Step father, rather. Best go the legal route and let the legal eagles do your talking for you. IMO.
